We have a fantastic single room available in our friendly and well-maintained home in London SW2 - equidistant from both Clapham North and Brixton stations. We’re looking for a respectful, tidy, and professional individual to join our home.

Furnishing: Comes with everything except the bed, however we can negotiate a very reasonable price if you’d like to keep the bed.
Features: Lots of natural light, and lots of storage space in other areas of the house.

Type: This is a 5-bed terraced house.
Shared Spaces: You’ll have access to a spacious and fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine with built in dryer, and air fryer).
Outdoor Space: Outside patio/garden area.

Location & Transport
Area: Situated near Clapham North, and walking distance to Clapham Common.
Transport: Good transport links - close to Victoria line, Northern line, and overground.

The Household
Current Occupants: You’ll be sharing with four other professionals. They are all friendly and easy to live with - I am only moving out because I am moving to the US. We have maintained a clean, relaxed, and social atmosphere and are looking for someone who is considerate and happy to contribute to a harmonious living environment.
