Hello! We have three double rooms in a lovely, four-bedroom, two-bathroom house in Brixton.

The landlords
The landlords (Rabya and Samy) are moving abroad with their family and are looking for working professionals to rent their family home in Brixton. They want considerate tenants looking for a warm, comfortable home rather than a rental; tenants who will treat the place like their own, enjoy the space & treat it with care. They’re super reliable and friendly, and want to build a good relationship with their tenants.

The house & rooms
7-minute walk to Brixton tube station on the Victoria line. The house spreads over two floors, so there is plenty of space. It has a big living and dining room downstairs with plenty of storage, as well as a spacious eat-in kitchen, which connects to a gorgeous garden (with a barbecue and a Christmas tree!). The rooms come furnished. They’re on the first floor, along with a sizeable bathroom that you’ll be sharing as a trio.

Practical bits:
- Move-in date: August 4th
- Bills: about £144.5 (incl. council tax band F)/ tenant
- The agency will be running reference checks (employment, previous landlord)

The houseshare
Friendly, clean and respectful space where we can all hang out, while also being mindful and respectful of everyone’s time, space and social battery.

You’ll be joining me (32F) - I’m sociable & always up for a chat and a movie night, but I also do enjoy quiet, meditative time. So a bit of balance! I work from home 3-4 days a week. I’m responsible and reliable: I clean after myself and like to live in a nice, comfortable home, so it would be great to live with girls who are on the same page.

We will be holding viewings on Monday 6 July and Tuesday 7 July.
