Double Room Available in a Lovely House Share – Brixton Hill (Move in Early August)

I'm moving out of my room and looking for someone to take over my tenancy in our lovely 4-bedroom house in Brixton Hill.

You'll be living with three amazing women who are all working professionals. We all have our own lives and busy schedules, so everyone respects each other's space, but we're also friendly and enjoy hanging out from time to time. It's a really easy-going, welcoming house and has always felt like a home rather than just somewhere to rent a room.

The house is in a great location—about a 10-minute journey to Brixton, Streatham and Clapham Common stations, and only a 5-minute walk to both Tesco and Sainsbury's, so everything you need is close by.

The room is a good-sized double, perfect if you're looking for somewhere comfortable and affordable in a great area.

We're looking for someone who's clean, considerate and easy to live with. If you enjoy having your own space but also like the idea of living with people who are friendly and occasionally catch up over dinner, I think you'd fit in really well.

The room is available from the beginning of August.
