We’re looking for a friendly working professional (ideally female) to join our lovely 4-bedroom house in Clapham North/Brixton area. It would suit someone who is easy-going, sociable, and enjoys the occasional house chat, dinner, or drink, while also appreciating a calm and relaxed home environment. We keep the house clean and tidy, so we're looking for someone who'll do the same.

Rent is £X per month excluding bills. Bills normally come to around £160 per month.
