My lovely flatmate is moving to Wales, so I’m looking for a new friendly female young working professional to take over her double room from 8th September in a beautiful flat by Brockwell Park.

Room:
- A double room with its own private bathroom
- Furnished with a bed, bedside table and wardrobe
- Doesn’t face the road so it’s quiet at night

Flat:
- 2-bed 2-bathroom furnished flat (most of what you see in the photos is my current flatmate’s décor - happy to make the space feel like ours!)
- First floor, with both stairs and lift access
- Bright living room/kitchen with plenty of natural light
- Well-equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, hob, washing machine, dishwasher
- Boiler cupboard with storage
- Car parking spot and bicycle storage available

Area:
- 15-min walk (8-min bus ride) to Brixton station (Victoria Line)
- 15-min walk to Herne Hill station (Thameslink)
- Right on Brockwell Park (lots of green space, tennis courts, lido) and close to great restaurants, pubs and cafes
- Big Sainsbury’s less than a 10-minute walk away

Cost:
- Rent: £1170 per month
- Bills: around £200/month each (council tax band D, gas & electricity, water, Wifi)
- Deposit: around £1300 (to be confirmed)

About Me:
I’m 22 and moved to London early this year to start my full-time consulting job in Holborn. I mostly work in the office (often long hours) but occasionally wfh. Still getting to know London myself, so always up for exploring the area together!

About You:
Looking for a non-smoker, working full-time in London, who’s friendly, clean and respectful. Ready for move-in on 8th September - would love to confirm by end of July to leave time for referencing (may need guarantor!).
