Looking for a new housemate to join us in a recently refurbished top-floor flat in a beautiful Victorian house.
This is a 10 minute walk to Clapham Common or Clapham North and a 15 minute walk to Brixton.
Currently there is myself and another guy (Joe Hamilton) in there, we are both 23 and working in London. Ideally looking for a young professional around a similar age group. We're a sociable and active pair of lads who enjoy pub trips, going to gigs, golf, and the gym.
Rent will be £1,000 / month (excl bills - typically <£100)
Move in date is mid-September.
The room is fairly small but can fit a desk in there with a bit of rearrangement, so suitable for WFH.
