One room in a lovely property just around the corner from Brockwell Park is available!

I'm moving out of our wonderful flat to move abroad and hope to find someone to take over my room from the 5th September.

The flat is the upstairs apartment in a period conversion with only one other flat in the building. The flat itself is two stories. It has two bedrooms, a huge shared living room, and a very spacious kitchen! There is one full bathroom as well as an additional separate toilet. The room for rent is on the top floor with a lovely view over the garden (unfortunately we don't have access).

The flat is actually unfurnished, but as I'm moving abroad, I won't be taking furniture with me. This means that the furniture in the room (and some other bits) will be yours to keep!

You'll be living with Rob, a professional in his early thirties who is very easy going and likes a social flat. He's very tidy and is looking for someone similar! The property is managed by a live-out landlord who has been very helpful and cooperative.

The flat is a 2 minute walk from the beautiful Brockwell Park! Perfect for picnics and running, there's a park run every Saturday morning, also Brockwell Lido is perfect on a hot day! On the other side of the park is Herne Hill, a great spot for Sunday morning markets and brunch! There's also a big Sainsbury's just down the road from the flat.

It's very easy to get around as you have lots of options for public transport!

Underground: Brixton tube station is a 15 min walk away.

Overground: Herne Hill station is just on the other side of the park, approx 10 mins.

Buses: Closest bus stop is 2 mins where the Number 2 (to Marylebone) stops, also has lots of buses to Brixton station. Another bus stop is 10 mins away where the Number 59 (to Covent Garden / Holborn) stops.
