Room available in lovely Brixton Hill flat

Looking for someone to fill the spare room in my flat in Brixton Hill (between Clapham and Brixton), close enough to the liveliness of Brixton but on a quiet residential road.

Getting central is easy, there are constant busses nearby heading towards Brixton station for the Victoria line, or a medium sized walk to Clapham south for the Northern.

You'll be sharing the flat with me (31). I’m kiwi, I work in medical sales and love to keep active w hiking, running, pilates. Also love a pint/wine/aperol and the garden is a perfectttt spot for this

The room is super cosy but it'll be perfect for someone who has either just moved to London or doesn't have a large amount of possessions and needs somewhere temporary with flexibility. There is a cupboard under the stairs for storing things like suitcases + big coats. There is also space in a bike nest outside the flat if you are a cyclist.

Rent is £850 and bills are £175. This will be let on a rolling monthly basis, giving flexibility to both

Please note - there isn't a desk in the room or in the lounge so the flat isn't suitable for regularly working from home, only the odd day
