Short let: cosy room 10 mins from Brixton tube

Hello!

I'm leaving my room from mid-August until the beginning of October to travel. I'm searching for a kind soul to take care of it in the meantime :)

The room is part of a three-bedroom flat on two floors, 100m². The lower floor has the common areas: kitchen, living room, balcony; the upper floor has the bedrooms, a toilet and a bathroom.

The common areas are pretty spacious, and the kitchen has a professional oven, which is neat if you're into cooking :) We have a weekly cleaning schedule between the three of us, to keep the common space tidy.

I've been living here for the last year and a half - it's a very quiet neighbourhood, but still only 10 minutes by bus from Brixton and the Victoria line.

The rent is £900 per month, and includes everything: rent, utility bills, wifi, Sky TV.

Move-in date: 15th of August (flexible to start later)
Move-out date: 3rd of October (flexible to leave earlier)
