Double room available in Brixton / Tulse Hill

A double room is becoming available in our 3-bedroom flat, right between Brixton and Tulse Hill.

The flat has a good-sized kitchen and living room, plus a small balcony.

📍 Location-wise, you’re pretty spoiled:

* Around 15–20 mins walk to Brixton station
* Around 15 mins to Tulse Hill station
* Around 15 mins to Herne Hill station
* Bus stop basically on the doorstep
* Brockwell Park is literally a minute away
* Small Tesco 1 min away
* Big Sainsbury’s around 5–10 mins walk

The room is becoming available as our current flatmate is moving back to the States.

👋 Who you’ll be living with

There are currently two of us (both LGBTQ+):

Jan, 36 – professional
Joe, 24 – professional

We’re both pretty easy-going and respectful of each other’s space. We’re not the type of flatmates who need to be joined at the hip, but equally we’re always up for a chat, a drink or hanging out when we’re both around.

We’re also clean and tidy, so we’re looking for someone who has the same mentality. Keeping communal spaces clean and doing your bit is important to us.

💷 Bills

Bills are separate and usually come to around £100–£130 per month, depending on the time of year.
