We have a large double bedroom available with a private kitchen, in a friendly quiet house on Lambert Road. It's a fantastic area close to Brixton tube, parks and there is a Sainsbury's on our road and great food / cafe options too.

The kitchen and bedroom is privately self contained for your use only with a private lock. There are 2 shared bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath, and all tenants are super friendly, professional, clean and quiet.

We are looking for those that can be respectful, clean and quiet, especially after 10pm and 7am. We have arranged the room in a couple of different ways in the pictures to show variation.

- Friendly resident landlords living separately at the bottom of the house, so on hand to help with any problems etc if needed.
