Gorgeous double room in a lovely girls’ house 🏡💕

I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over my gorgeous double room in a lovely, sociable house share with three other girls aged 28–29.

We’re a friendly, girly household who love a wine or two after work, but are equally happy having chilled evenings in. We’re all into the gym and running, but also love a takeaway and a cosy night in!

The house 🏠

The house is spread over three floors, so it feels really spacious. The room is at the top of the house, on a landing with just one other bedroom, and there’s also additional storage space. There are two bathrooms, so no fighting over the shower in the mornings!

The location 📍

Situated on a quiet road, the house has fantastic transport links:

* 🚇 Clapham North (Northern line) – around a 10-minute walk
* 🚇 Brixton (Victoria line) – around a 10-minute walk
* 🚌 Bus routes 35 and 37 – just a 2-minute walk away on Solon Road

It’s also super convenient for a big food shop, with a Lidl at the top of the road.

Head a little further into Clapham and you’ll find gorgeous little bars, restaurants and cafés, plus Clapham Common, which is only a 15-minute walk away.

Overall, it’s a lovely home with a great balance of sociable house-share vibes, space and a brilliant location. 💗
