Hey! We’re looking for someone friendly, clean and easygoing to join our house in Clapham/Brixton. Couples considered too!

A bit about the house:

It’s a spacious 3-bedroom house with a big living room, garden, two toilets and plenty of shared space. We’ve also got a projector in the living room, which gets plenty of use for film nights, sports and the occasional lazy Sunday.

The vibe is pretty relaxed and sociable. We like having friends over, cooking together and hanging out, but equally appreciate having our own space and doing our own thing.

Location:

We’re right between Clapham and Brixton, so it’s a great spot for getting around London.

- 8–10 minutes by bus to Clapham or Brixton stations
- Clapham Common nearby
- Sainsbury’s about 7 minutes away, Lidl about 10
- Plenty of cafés, pubs, restaurants and gyms around
- Great running routes and green spaces
- Easy connections into Central London and towards Clapham Junction

A little about us:

Camillo (29) – Working professional, pretty sociable and easygoing. Big on cooking, dinner parties, films, running, climbing, good coffee and exploring London.

Tyler (27) – Currently doing my master's at LSE after moving over from the US. Into running, the gym, reading, films and a good chat. Love a fun weekend out, but generally pretty laid-back at home.

We’re both quite social and enjoy having a good atmosphere in the house. Definitely not expecting everyone to be attached at the hip, but it’s nice living with people you can have a laugh with, grab a drink or watch a film together every now and then.

Camilo also have two very friendly cats who are part of the household!
