Hiya! I'm looking for a new housemate to join me in my flat as my current flatmate is sadly moving back to Aus. The location is fab; right in the middle between Clapham & Brixton so both the Northern and Victoria lines only a 10-15min walk away and a big Tesco & Lidl super close!

The room comes furnished with a king-size bed and double wardrobe with built-in drawers, in a cute, fully furnished 2-bed apartment. Access to a big outdoor area is included which in summer is perfect for working on your tan or entertaining friends!

You would be sharing with me (Annalee). I'm an Australian nurse in my early thirties who enjoys exploring London, a pub pint or spritz, and trying to cram in travelling whenever | can!
l'd love someone likeminded, ideally mid 20s-mid 30s, who's looking for more than just a flatmate and would enjoy becoming friends too! Ideally, someone who works outside the home, as there isn't really space for a dedicated WFH setup.
