Gorgeous Double in Large House with Garden

Hello!

Sadly one of our housemates is leaving us so his gorgeous garden facing room is up for grabs.
We're looking for a chilled out early/mid thirties type to replace him in this fantastic Victorian 3 storey house on Brixton Hill.

The room is on the 1st floor at the back of the house and overlooks our lovely garden. The house has wooden floors, big windows and Victorian features throughout.
It has a huge lounge and separate dining room which is currently functioning as our home office, with a massive kitchen, three bathrooms and a beautiful big garden!

In the house we have Elena, Alexandra, Tom, Francisca and Ondrej. We are all in our thirties, non smokers and are ideally looking for the same.

We're a friendly, easy-going lot. We like to socialise together when we are home but we all have our own lives and are very rarely all in at the same time. As it’s a big house we are all able to have our own space when we need it. So we get the best of both worlds.

We are within walking distance to Streatham Hill mainline station (10 mins) and just at the top of the road are very regular bus services to Brixton and Clapham Common tube stations.

The rent is £745 and includes ALL bills - gas & electric, water, TV & internet, council tax, cleaner and a house shop for essentials such washing-up liquid, tea/coffee etc. The room is available from the 23rd of August.

We require an initial payment of £300 in lieu of a deposit to secure the room. This is not held by the landlord in the deposit scheme but by us in the house account. This is used to cover any bills owing if you should move out before they come, with the rest obviously being refunded once we're all square. This £300 payment, and the first month's rent, is payable once the room is offered to you and you accept.
