The house is fully furnished and has a lovely garden. It’s conveniently located close to Wimbledon, Wimbledon Chase, Raynes Park and Wimbledon Common, with good transport links into Central London.

💡 Bills are roughly £200 per month, although they’re generally lower during the summer.

📅 Available: September, with some flexibility on the move-in date
