About the flat
This is a modern and spacious flat that’s a 5-minute walk from Stockwell station (Northern & Victoria line) in a quiet residential area away from main road.
Sunny balcony which is idea especially in the summer months.
There are plenty of amenities in the area; Sainsbury's, Lidl, and Jett’s fitness.
The room is south facing, which means you’ll get plenty of sunlight. The blinds do a great job of blocking out the sunlight if that’s your preference instead.
There’s plenty of storage in the room as well as in the living room. There is also a lockable storage room at the ground level that you will have exclusive use of, which can can fit two bikes.
All furniture: bed, wardrobe, night stands, cabinets, work desk and chair are to remain.
You’ll be sharing the flat with two professionals, one working in law and the other in tech. Both friendly, easy going, and clean.
We are both a big fans of pubs and sports and usually have either football, rugby, F1 or the cricket on.
We both work, sometimes from home but mainly in the office.
