Large double room seconds from Clapham South

Hi we’re Vic and Nim!

We are looking for a friendly, sociable housemate to move into our flat as our friend is moving out.

The room is a large double with a lovely view of Clapham Common Southside. There is a small wardrobe in there but is otherwise unfurnished so lots of opportunity to let your personality shine in your space.

The flat is on the smaller side but bursting with friendly joy. This means the flat is incredibly social, with plenty of TV and movie showings, lots of silly chat, and dinner eaten together most days. As well as chilling in the flat, we try to make the most of living in London with trips to the theatre, swims at the lido, and nights out.

We are mere seconds from Clapham South station so there is super easy access to the tube and lots of bus routes! Balham and Clapham Junction are also both around a 20 minute walk away if you need National Rail.

The room is available for 6 months and we’re hoping to find someone who wants to be part of our little flat family during that time. If you’re interested please let us know a bit about you to see if you’d be a good fit!
