Looking for a Friendly Flatmate in Nine Elms!

Hi, my name is Maria and i’m looking for a new flatmate to move in to our cozy residential flat in Nine Elms / Battersea area!

The flat currently has me and one other tenant, Joe. We’re friends and looking for a chill person to join the home. Preferably a woman so we can have the majority feminine energy haha.

Only disclaimer is, we are both sober so no drugs / alcohol in the house.

Shared Kitchen and living area, and you’ll share the bathroom with me, it’s quite big tho :)

There’s a washing machine, dishwasher and a lovely rooftop space!

My flatmate is quite introverted, but can have a good yap. I’m a bit of a mix and just like good vibes :)

We are very tidy but the home is lived in, I usually have an art project in the works but keep things very clean!

It’s a quiet neighborhood, but super well connected, 5 min walk from Nine Elms station, 15 mins from Vauxhall!

Supermarket, gym, and the river all 5 min walking distance too! + 20 mins walk to Battersea Powerstation, which is a nice plus :)

Cats are super welcome btw, we don’t have any but would love to have one around haha.
