I have a large double bedroom to rent. The room includes a super-king bed, nightstand, and two fitted wardrobes.

The house is arranged over 3 floors, the shared areas: a fully furnished kitchen with oven, fridge-freezer and dishwasher; a double living room that gets lots of natural light throughout the day; a small garden for those summer evenings; a shared bathroom with shower/bath and a second WC.

The house is in Lambeth , a 4 minute walk to Oval tube station (with access to the Northern line) and 8 minutes to both Kennington and Vauxhall Parks. The area has some great local restaurants and cafe’s, including Liloo’s for coffee and weekend brunches. It’s a short walk to Tate Britain and the Oval weekend farmers market.

You’ll be sharing the house with a professional woman in her early fifties, who travels frequently for work. You're 35+ a woman. You like having a relaxed and comfortable home that you take care of, where we respect each other's privacy and personal space.

Rent is £1500 per month, excluding shared utilities bills for gas and electricity. The deposit is £1500
The landlord is responsible for the full cost of the water and council tax bills. The room is available from 24th October. A lodger contract with an initial duration of 12 months.
