We have a spacious double rooms available from the 20th of December, with some flexibility on a move in date. (Earlier or Later then stated date)

£800 per calender month plus one month's deposit.

Newly renovated with all mod cons, plenty of light and space throughout the flat.

Our large and comfortable Living room has an extendable dining table and pull out sofa bed.
The Bedrooms have a built in wardrobe, plenty of storage and a desk.

With a quality wooden , small double bed frame and under bed storage from Warren Evans.

Good WiFi/ internet connection.

1 month’s notice required if you decide to move out.
A preference for a male/female over 27 years of age.

We are a friendly and considerate three, ages between 27 and 45 years of age.

Constanza is Italian, Child Pychologist, Enes is Turkish, Drone Camera Operator and I am Chinese/ British , Leatherworker / Craftsprerson.

We are ideally looking for someone who will be staying around for a while - someone who wants a home not just a place to crash.

It’s really convenient for getting into central London or commuting in general.
We can get into Central London in 20 mins.
It's perfect for people who want to live next to town but in a quiet area.

10 mins walk to Clapham North/Stockwell/NIne Elms / Vauxhall Tube Station
5 mins to Wandsworth Rd Train/Overground Station.

Bus:
- 77, 87, P5, 196, 452 (Waterloo, Aldwych, Elephant and Castle, Battersea Park, Clapham Junction, Brixton).
- N87 (night bus from Trafalgar Square every 10min).

An easy bike route along the river into central London.

Clapham Common park, Battersea Park, Larkhall Park, restaurants, cinema, bars, gym within short walking distance. Tesco/Sainsbury's within the vicinity.

NO PETS, No Agency. Unfortunately not available for couples.
