The flat is a few minutes walk from the giant Sainsburys at Nine Elms, the Saturday Farmer's Market at the Oval, Vauxhall Park and the river. There are a good variety of local restaurants and independent food shops.

There are excellent transport routes close by. It is less than a ten minute walk to The Oval (Northern Line) and Vauxhall (Victoria Line and National Rail). Cycling to Victoria, Waterloo or the West End is easy they are close by and there are good cycle routes. Boris/ Santander bikes are available to rent nearby.

The flat is being let as a whole, not by individual rooms. You are welcome to buddy up but need to organise that yourselves. It would also suit a professional couple. The bills are not included in the rent.

I loved living in this flat as it is spacious, light and really central. Vauxhall is buzzing at the moment with all the development at Nine Elms but also manages to retain a village atmosphere with independent shops. I am looking for tenants who would like to make the flat their home. I am a good landlord and respond promptly to any queries or concerns.
