Myself and my flatmate are currently living in this property. Our tenancy agreement runs until June 2026, with an option to exercise a break clause in June 2025 (to end the tenancy in August 2025). We are looking for people to replace us in the tenancy agreement as we are looking to move out for personal reasons.
