Lovely flat near Oval

We are looking for a flatmate to fill a lovely double room as our flatmate has moved home to be closer to family. The room is big, has really good storage and gets loads of natural light.

The flat is a 3 bed in a very clean private flat block on a very quiet residential street. It is located a 15 minute walk from Oval and Brixton tube stations, and a 15 min walk into Camberwell. There is a bike store, a communal garden, and a balcony.

We are looking for a female flatmate aged 24-30that wants to be friends with their flatmates. We get on well and want someone who fits into the lovely and cozy flat dynamic. Incredibly keen on you bringing your friends round for drinks and a giggle, but it isn’t a party flat (I promise we aren’t incredibly boring) xxx

A little about us:
- Em is a health policy advisor, working 3 days in the office. I spend a lot of time running, playing football, reading and seeing friends. Please excuse the profile pic from 2020, too embarrassed to post on Facebook to change it.
- Chris is a chef working 4-5 days in the kitchen. He is either working, playing cricket, or making a cup of tea.
