You would be sharing the flat with just one other flatmate, who is absolutely wonderful — genuinely one of the biggest perks of the flat! It’s a relaxed and comfortable home rather than a big busy house share.

£850 per month, with utilities included.

The flat also has a washing machine in the flat, a balcony, shared living/kitchen space and plenty of storage.

Location: SW9, between Oval, Stockwell, Brixton and Camberwell. Oval Underground Station (Northern Line) is around a 10-minute walk away (approximately 870m), making it really easy to get into Central London.

There are several bus stops very close by, including Myattfield Estate/Patmos Road (~130m), Vassall Road (~277m) and Vassall Road/Camberwell New Road (~278m).

The area is really convenient for everyday amenities, with local convenience shops, cafés, pharmacies and gyms nearby. There are also larger supermarkets within easy reach, including Lidl on Clapham Road, plus Brixton, Camberwell and Stockwell are all close by.
