The flat comes with a separate kitchen, shared living room area, one guest WC and one shared bathroom. There is plenty of storage, and the roof terrace is private and looks across the London skyline. The building is fairly new, so the property benefits from insulated walls and double glazing, keeping bills low.

I am an architect and work in the area. I spend most days in the office, but I also enjoy relaxing at home, listening to/playing music and video games every now and then. I really enjoy cooking and hosting, especially on the barbeque. I try to keep all common areas clean and tidy.
