Large Room in Central London, Marylebone

Hi everyone,

We're looking for a new flatmate for a top floor apartment in central London. I am managing this on behalf of the landlady as im moving out after living for 5 years here.

Current flatmates include my brother whose a part time student , and a girl who's an art student.

The room is quite spacious with a double bed, the flat is two storied so it allows for some privacy as the large communal kitchen/living room are in different floors. Please see the floor plan for the rooms. Please see photographs, it is currently empty but showcasing how it used to look!

There are two toilets, one in each floor, one bathroom is larger with a bath tub while the other is smaller and has a shower.

I’ve lived in this apartment for almost five years and the landlord has been happy to make upgrades and arrangements for amenities and tenants, this included very comfortable designer sofas, an OLED tv, new Fridge and new desks and chairs for the rooms.

Our living space also features many additional amenities such as subscriptions to different entertainment systems and many useful cookware additions.

In terms of how the space is used, we usually do some dinner nights together, anyone can switch off on the couch and watch TV/their shows/play games.

The landlord prefers for me to find a new tenant personally and assist with any questions someone may have / arrange for quick viewings.

The rent price includes the water bill.


Location:
The apartment is 7 minute walk from Edgware Road Station, a 17 minute walk from Baker Street Station, 11 minute walk from Marylebone Station and a 15 minute walk from Marble Arch Station.

There is a large Waitrose and M&S just a two minutes walk away, there a large Tesco 10 minutes and an Aldi 20 minutes away.

You can easily get to Oxford street after a 15 minute walk from the apartment, or if you prefer a quieter scene, Hyde Park, High Street Marylebone Little Venice or Regents Parks are just a 10-20 minutes walk from here.
