Cosy, quiet, single room in lovely Victorian cottage with garden. Room is furnished and warm ( recently double glazed). Bills included.

10-15 mins walk to either Queen's Park (Bakerloo) or Westbourne Park (Hammersmith and City) tubes or Kensal Rise (overground), so very easy to get into central London. 52, 452, 28, 316, 18, 316 bus routes at the end of the road.

Walking distance to Golborne Road and Portobello Road markets and all the shops and cafes and restaurants there. Westminster-run gym and pool less than 5 mins walk away. Very close to amenities at Queen's Park too. Very quiet residential area. Easy access to running track at Paddington Recreation ground.

Westminster secure bike storage is available a minute away. Users have to rent this.

Lodger would share facilities of lovely sitting room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom (loo is separate) with me the owner.

Ideally suited for quiet, tidy professional new to London who’d like a safe and secure home while they familiarise themselves with new work, new city etc. Past lodgers have been new to London in first jobs and each have stayed for over two years. While there is a desk snd chair, room is not suitable for 5 days a week, full time home working I’m afraid.

Full time or Monday to Friday rental (if latter rent to be agreed).
