DESCRIPTION
Private Self Container Appartment, as part of our house in W10.
The space comprises of a double bedroom, kitchen and bathroom (these rooms are for your sole use, you do not share). The large bedroom is furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped, with washing machine, fridge, cooker, etc. The bathroom is large, modern and bright. Each room has plenty of natural light with the bedroom south facing onto the sunny back garden. Wooden floors throughout, a corridor leads between each of the three rooms.
This self contained private appartment is on its own floor of the house, you share the main entrance and stairs leading to the first floor (see photos).

AREA
North Kensington and walking distance to Ladbroke Grove and Portobello Road.
There is a nice park right across the road (with outdoor gym) plus a corner store, coffee shop and Thai Restaurant. The area is quiet and residential.

TRANSPORT
The nearest bus is 3 mins walk, White City and Latimer Road tube are 10-15 mins walk.

All bills, ie gas and electricity, are included.

IMPORTANT
We are looking for a quite female, non-smoker, who won’t be having many visitors and ideally who doesn’t work from home.
Also available to students as the Imperial College Campus is walking distance.
