The room size is 12. 5' by 11. 5' with a double built-in wardrobe & two large windows overlooking the Grand Union Canal. The panoramic view stretches north on the horizon. You'll not be restricted to the room only but will have use all of the flat (except my room).

Two of my friends in the building are available in case of problems whilst I'm abroad.

AREA:
Near lively coffee shops & cafes, & part of the famous market. No. 10 Pub is across the road, & Earl of Portobello pub more or less next to it, so no need to even take a coat. All in all you don't have to go far to enjoy yourself safely.
