A bright and cozy 2 bed flat in the heart of Notting Hill, just a stones throw away from Portobello and Ladbroke Grove. Centrally located on a quiet street, my flat is the top floor flat across 2 buildings and is bright and spacious. If you're after a true Notting Hill experience then this is place for you. I've lived in the area for 20+ years and still discover something new every week.

There is a separate kitchen equipped with mod-cons (microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, even a wine cooler), dining room that can comfortably seat 8 and living room for you to unwind and relax in. There is a bathroom with bath and shower and both bedrooms have queen size beds.

If you're after the more practical things in life there are supermarkets, dry cleaners, takeaways all within a few minutes walk. And for fun Portobello market is a few blocks away, with shops and boutiques a plenty. If you're after a local pub, a cocktail bar or a tucked away restaurant to relax in the evenings you won't be disappointed.

Ladbroke Grove tube (Circle, Hammersmith lines) is round the corner and Notting Hill Gate (Central, District lines) is less than a 10 minute walk. There are decent bus routes into town and Paddington and the Heathrow Express is just £5-10 in a cab.

Ideally looking for a 2 year let with 1 year break with a move in second half of Jan 24. Furnished / unfurnished negotiable.
