A Large Double Bedroom with own bathroom (the other room is ensuite so myself and any guests I may have will use my bathroom) in a Large Modern Flat/Maisonette situated 10-15 mins walking distance from either Stamford Brook.
(District), Turnham Green (District/Piccadilly) Or Acton Central (Overground).
Within 15-20min walk of Chiswick, Hammersmith, Shepherds Bush and Acton.

Current occupants are a relaxed couple, they are smokers who smoke in courtyard garden so non smokers are more than welcome also.

The flat is clean, spacious and comes with all the amenities you would expect, the living area is open planned and incorporates cooking, dining and relaxing- it also has a desk in the corner where you will often find me.
The flat is furnished but there is room for movement on discussion with prospective occupants.

Current occupant enjoys keeping a clean and tidy home and is semi retired so home a lot and may suit someone who doesn't work from home.

Singles are preferred (fridge space) but a couple would also be welcome.

A month deposit on entry - the ability for either party to break from the tenancy of the room, we may not work or times may change. I would suggest a period of 3 months but this could become years- my spareroom has been occupied by spare room tenants since 2020 and in that time I've had 5 tenants so I suppose the average period has been over a year, the last tenant who leaves on 17th July has been here for 14months and is leaving as she is returning to her home country as her visa is to expire.
