The room for rent is a south-facing, double bedroom (around 3m x 3m), with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and under bed storage. It has plenty of power sockets and a strong wi-fi signal, and is it close to the shared bathroom.
The property
The house is a mid-terrace property in a quiet area, near a large park, and just a few minutes walk from East Action station on the Central Line. The house has two bedrooms and two large shared living spaces (living room and loft room). Also a galley kitchen, a bathroom with whirlpool bath and shower, and a nice garden.
Housemate
I am the owner/landlord. I’m a 51yr old, easy going, friendly, and sociable. I work as a product manger, working from home 3-4 days each week.
You would also be sharing with my cat Danny. :)
