A superb three-bedroom house located in a quiet neighbourhood 10mins walking from White City Station, Wood Lane and East Acton Stations, with many bus stops nearby.

The property is graced with plenty of natural light, a spacious living room with sofas, TV, dining table and chairs, a kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The house has three bathrooms and a small storage, available for all flatmates, which is situated in one of the rooms.

The available double room is really sapcious (almost 16m² + semi en-suite toilet) and is furnished including a double bed, 2 wardrobes, a chest of drawers (NO DESK at the moment, negotiable).
Shower is shared with only one other flate mate, and the bathroom is just in front of the room door.

Parking available on the street (as second car), concil permission needed.

Bills are usually £100/120 each per month and include gas, water, electricity, council tax and fast internet broadband (lower in summer £80/100).

The house comes as seen in the pictures and we would consider only tidy and serious professionals.

The other two rooms are taken by myself (36y laid-back, big traveller, works for a known tech company) and my flatmate Phillip (31y traveller, sporty guy who works as account manager).

Short let considered, long term preferred.
