Double bedroom in cosy house

Emma and her partner have purchased their first home, therefore, we have this very lovely and cosy double room available, at the first floor of our terraced house.

The house is in great condition, and separated over two levels. At the ground floor you have the patio, an open space living room/kitchen which opens into a lovely paved patio garden, and Vicki’s bedroom. We have a bbq in the garden and dishwasher/microwave in the kitchen(essentials heh?). We host bbqs when the weather’s good and the occasional dinner party, but we’re definitely not a party house.

Upstairs is have the bathroom, the available bedroom and Gaia’s bedroom. We also have a shed, loft, cupboard under the stairs.

We’re all professionals and spend a lot of time working, Vicki’s from New Zealand, Gaia’s Italian and Emma is Romanian. Emma’s been living here for almost 7 years and calls Hilary Road home. She describes her bedroom as the most lovable and cosy bedroom in the house(she had the opportunity of switching bedrooms a few times whenever a flatmate left). Whilst it’s not as large as the rest of the rooms, distribution of the wardrobes is fantastic, deep and tall wardrobes with no space being wasted. The bed comes with depositing space. The bedroom gets plenty of light during the day and is positioned at the back of the house, benefiting of quiet nights/mornings, and beautiful sunsets. The bedside tables and the side board are Emma’s but she’s happy to leave them behind if you want them!

The landlord is very responsive and reliable, and he’s organised in the past to have all of our windows/hob/washing machine replaced.

Near us we have East Acton station central line (3 min away), various bus stops, Better Gym(12 min), Iceland, Lidl, Post office (3 min away). Westfield Shopping centre is one stop away, super easy access to Central London aswell.

The rent is £739 per month. The 5 week deposit is £1012.5. Ignore what it says in the prefilled form from the website as it wouldn’t allow me to add the real amount.

No other fees. The room is available available as Emma’s already moved out(and needs a push to move her clothes too!) but you’ll most likely meet her too at the viewings.

We’re looking for someone friendly, with similar interests and schedule, clean and tidy flatmates, considerable and looking for a home, not just a house.
