I'm moving out of my flatshare after 6 years.

The double room on the first floor is bright and quite spacious for one person. The house has a shared living room and bright kitchen with a patio. It sits in a quiet street off Askew Road, which has all amenities including a 24/7 Nisa around the corner, a Tesco and a Co-Op, along with cafés and restaurants. Two bus lines serve Askew Road and take about 10 minutes to Hammersmith station. Westfield White City is a 25-minute walk away.

Furniture includes an ottoman bed and a wardrobe. The room also has two build-in wardrobes, which give plenty of storage space.

Deposit: To be discussed with landlord, around £900

All bills included except WiFi (currently £7.50) and cleaner (£30).

I‘m looking for a tenant to take over from 23/06, with the last week on June to be paid to me, and the new lease starting 01/07.
