Spacious En-suite room in friendly W12 Flat

Heya! We are looking for a tidy and friendly person to take over a spacious double room (en-suite) in a beautiful flat in W12.

Between Shepard’s Bush Market and White City tube station, this flat offers quick access to various parts of the city while still maintaining a quiet vibe.

The room is spacious and comes furnished and the flat boasts a gorgeous living room (where we sometimes host dinner parties!). Bills (utilities, water, WiFi, council tax etc) come to about £140 per month but cheaper in the warmer seasons.

We have lived in this flat for about a year now and our flatmate is moving out to live with her partner. The two of us are young professionals (theatre and climate sustainability) and while we have our own active social lives, we enjoy a night at the pub, cooking, and watching telly.
