I am looking to renew the lease on my current flat as my flatmate is moving out, so the room is available from the 22nd August.

About the flat:
- Located in w12 (double bed room with shared bathroom)
- Sharing with one other person (me)
- 5 mins walk away from the central line (Shepards bush station - super easy to get into the city)
- 10 mins away from Circle and Hammersmith & City line
- Next to Westfield and w12 shopping centre
- Lidl and Sainsbury’s less than 5 mins walk away, with a big Tesco 10 mins walk away (halal butchers nearby)
- Open kitchen and dining area
- Rent per month: (£1,150 excluding bills).
- Deposit required

About me:
- I’m 23 and about to start working at a city law firm
- Tidy, considerate and clean!! looking for someone who is the same
- I’m Muslim so no alcohol/pork and someone who is comfortable living in that environment
- We have a cleaner who comes fortnightly (charges £50 per month each), so looking for someone who is ideally okay with that
