Double room with en suite shower available!

I am sadly looking for a replacement for my lovely flatmate, who is moving to be closer to work.

It is a bright and airy raised ground floor flat, with an open plan kitchen and living room complete with dishwasher, washing machine and TV.

The flat is located on a quiet street near Shepherd's Bush, with the shops and cafes of Askew Road a short walk away, as well as Westfield shopping centre. It is well connected, being about 10 mins from Goldhawk Road Station, 15 mins from Ravenscourt Park Station and 20 mins from Shepherd's Bush Station! Buses also go back and forth on Goldhawk Road and Uxbridge Road so wherever you need to go, there's a way!

The room itself is large, well kept and has its own en suite shower and sink. It comes unfurnished as the current flatmate owns all her own furniture and will be taking it with her! The living room and kitchen area is furnished, as most of that is staying!
The toilet is in the main bathroom which is used by the other flatmate (me!)

About me!
I am a professional nanny and work long hours as well as having a busy social life (and a complete inability to say no to plans 😂) so am out of the house a lot, but when I am at home I like to do crafts, bake and binge watch Netflix. I would love to find a friendly, fun and clean flatmate who wants to make the flat their home too!

The rent for the room is £1100pcm and bills are around £150 each pcm including council tax (Band D), water, electric/gas and internet, so total approx £1250.

The room is available on the 16th August, and this is also when the rent period commences!
