Hi all,
One of our flatemate is leaving by the end of the month so we looking for someone to take over her room.
It's a 3 bedrooms house in Sheperd's bush, 15min walk from Westifield and you have the circle line (sheperd's bush market station) and the central line (sheperd's bush and white city station) near by.
The room: you have a double bed and a wardrobe, it's on the groundfloor with 2 large windows and you have the sun all afternoon.
The house: we have a kitchen, bathroom, living room and small outside (amazing to chill and do bbq) to share.
Bills aren't included and will be between £100 to £300 per month to split between 3.
We renting the full house so you will be on the lease as soon as the agency checked your references.
About us: Julien is 40yo and I'm (Roxi) 35yo, both working in hospitality, we like to cook, to go out meet friends, socialise and to have a chill night watching netflix as well.
