Cozy room in a bright, spacious 3bed/3bath house

Hi! Looking for someone to take over my lease of a room in this beautiful, spacious house in Shepherd’s Bush/Hammersmith (Percy rd) from early November.

The bedroom is spacious with a ton of storage, bright with two windows. The bed + mattress come with the room but otherwise you will be free to furnish as you like!

The house is great with the following features:
- 3 bathrooms,
- A very spacious kitchen & living room both fitted with Sonos (amazing for hosting!),
- A spare bedroom which we use as a guest bedroom and study,
- A beautiful garden with rose bushes blooming throughout the summer,

The two housemates are two lovely women in late twenties to early thirties, the household has a peaceful wholesome energy which we’d love to maintain!

The location is also great - it’s just off of Askew road which has a nice selection of local cafes, brunch and dinner spots, a great vegetable grocer and butcher, and is less than a five minute walk to Ravenscourt park.

The bills amount to ~170 a year and include a cleaner who comes in once every two weeks, electricity, gas, wifi, water and council tax.
