Hi! I’m looking for a friendly flatmate to move into a spacious double room in a lovely flat from 1st November :)

The room is spacious and bright with plenty of natural light especially in the afternoon and at sunset time. The flat itself has a very relaxed, homely feel girl's flat!

I’m only moving out because I recently started a new job in South East London and want to live a bit closer to the office. I’m genuinely sad to leave as it’s been such a lovely home!

You’ll be living with two lovely female flatmates in their 20s. One is a British 24 years old software engineer who’s super chill and easygoing. The other is American, 25 years old, graduated from RCA Visual Communication and works as a freelance graphic designer. She’s very outgoing, social and friendly.

They’re both really clean, tidy and considerate and the flat has such a warm, comfortable atmosphere. If you’re looking for a friendly flatshare that feels like home rather than just somewhere to live, this is definitely the place!

Bills: approx. £110/month, including gas, electricity, water, Wi-Fi and council tax
