I’m looking for a nice, tidy, full-time working professional female to share a lovely two-bedroom flat in a great location — just 5 minutes’ walk from the Tube and Westfield White City. shared kitchen and bathroom.

Looking for someone who:

* Female, single occupant only — no couples.
* Full-time working professional, ideally with a regular 9–5 / normal working schedule.
* Non-smoker — absolutely no smoking inside the flat.
* Clean, tidy and respectful of a shared home.
* Quiet and considerate, especially in the evenings.
* A quiet sleeping environment is important. I normally like the flat to be very quiet from around 10:30pm, so I can sleep.
* Has a regular lifestyle and does not regularly come home very late at night.
* Enjoys a clean, fresh-air environment.
* Preferably enjoys using the oven and lighter cooking methods, rather than frequent heavy frying or deep/oily cooking. The flat needs to be kept free from strong cooking smells and excessive cooking fumes.
* No overnight guests and no friends/other people staying overnight.
* No full-time working from home, please.

* This is a peaceful, clean and respectful home, rather than a party flat.
