My flatmate and I are both moving to Brazil until September 2027, so we’re looking for two lovely people to sublet our bedrooms while we’re away!

You’ll be living with one of our best friends, who is genuinely such a wonderful person! We’re both really sad to be leaving her in London, but we’re hoping to find some great new flatmates with whom she can continue sharing a happy home and making lovely memories. ❤️

🛏️ The rooms:

Room 1: £900/month
Room 2: £800/month

Both prices exclude bills.

Additional costs:

Bills (Wi-Fi, water, electricity, council tax and gas): approximately £150/month
Security deposit: £500

📍 Location: Askew Road area, West London

The flat is in a lovely neighbourhood with great transport connections:

* 10-minute walk to Ravenscourt Park and Stamford Brook station (District line)
* 15-minute walk or 10 minutes by bus to Hammersmith station (District, Piccadilly and Hammersmith & City lines)
* 22-minute walk or 10 minutes by bus to Shepherd’s Bush station (Central line and Overground)
* Sainsbury’s right across the street!
*Ravenscourt park 🌳 accross the road!

🏠 The flat:

The house is lovely and includes three private bedrooms, a main bathroom (with shower, bathtub, sink and toilet), an additional toilet, a storage room, a living room, a kitchen and a garden.

💕 Who we’re looking for:

We’re looking for two friendly girls (preferably working professionals) who would enjoy being part of a warm and social household.

We love cooking together, watching films, having a drink and spending time together, while also respecting each other’s personal space.

We like to keep the house clean and comfortable, so we’re looking for people who are happy to share household chores and contribute to making the flat feel like home.

Most importantly, we’d love to find people who will get along with our wonderful remaining flatmate and enjoy living together as much as we have!
