The house is in a pleasant and quiet residential area. The room is on the first floor of a two storey house. There is a well equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezers. Bathroom, shower ,and a separate WC and wash basin. An extra Fridge/Freezer is placed on first floor for the two people upstairs.
The room is furnished with double bed, wall to wall wardrobe, dressing table and chest of drawers and a desk and chair. Available is also a cosy common room with table, chairs and TV.
We already have 3 quiet and friendly working housemates. The rent is £600 per calendar month and the bills come up to around £100 per month per person. We require two months rent in advance.
