Due to the end of tenancy this amazing house in Ealing is available!

There are two large double bedrooms and third smaller bedroom. All are furnished, with plenty of storage (including an extra cupboard outside the small bedroom). The mattresses were replaced earlier this year.

The house itself is three stories, with the bedrooms on the second and third floor. We have a spacious living room and a dining room which is attached to the kitchen. We have two bathrooms (on the ground and middle floor) as well as a separate toilet - so there is never a queue for the bathroom! We also have a patio area that is great in the summer, as well as a terrace, where the current housemates enjoy having a bbq and drinks!

Current tenants are Katie and Joe (returning to New Zealand on 18 August) and Christina (from Spain). They’re a social bunch who enjoy spending time in the living room, watching tv and playing games together!

Bills come to around £80 (council tax, gas, electric and Sky) a month at the moment, but this could be less in the Summer.

- 5 minutes walk to West Ealing (trains to Reading and Paddington)
- 10 minutes bus to Northfields Underground station (Piccadilly line)
