Nice, comfortable, cosy room in lovely house in a quiet part of leafy Ealing, available midweek, Monday-Friday only. Please note, it is NOT available at weekends and is for someone who lives elsewhere at other times, probably outside London.

It is also available now until spring 2027.

Preference will be given to a professional, slightly older woman, and one who likes cats - there are two (though they are kept away from the room that's available)!

This single room on the ground floor has TV, broadband/wifi, desk, wardrobe and storage space. House has three bathrooms, one of which is adjacent to the single room and would be exclusively for your midweek use. There is a shared lounge, dining room, fully fitted kitchen and living area and a delightful garden. Off street parking outside is available by arrangement.

The house is between the Ealing areas of Northfields, Hanwell, Boston Manor and West Ealing with their shops, restaurants, pubs, parks and gyms, and is conveniently located for tube, bus and overland rail.

Boston Manor tube is 8-10 mins walk, Northfields tube is 15-18 mins, West Ealing overland and Elizabeth line rail station is 20 mins walk. Brentford rail station is 15 mins by walking + bus. Nearest bus stops are 5 mins away and nearest Sainsbury’s is 10 mins walk. The A4, M4, A316, M3, A40 are all within easy reach, and the property is situated outside the ULEZ zone..

I am a professional, mostly-retired woman and looking for a professional female (preferred) midweek lodger (2-4 nights), non-smoker. This will suit a woman who lives outside London at weekends. All bills included. Deposit and references required. (My daughter occasionally stays here too,) Many previous long- and short-term lodgers have been happy staying here.
