The place is fully furnished so would suit a student or young professional, or even an airport worker (due to the close proximity to Heathrow). The room is also set up for WFH/hybrid working arrangements.

Apartment is based just a stone's throw from the main Uxbridge road with lots of shops, cafes and several supermarkets within walking distance (not to mention a farmers market every Saturday). Local buses here are very frequent and most of them can get you to Ealing Broadway and the main shopping district within 10 mins. West Ealing, Hanwell and Northfields stations are also very close by, so this area is very well connected.

A little bit about me - I am currently renting this place from my parents (who own the property) and am looking for a flatmate/lodger type to live alongside and help out with everyday costs.
I am a 40-something professional who works in media. During the week, I split my working time between home and the office, and I spend a lot of my weekends volunteering or visiting friends and family. But I also enjoy a cosy night in from time to time watching something good on TV. I love to cook when I can, I am a big fan of theatre and get involved with local am dram groups from time to time, so you'll sometimes find me coming home at a late hour usually very tired! I take pride in my living environment, I like to be neat and tidy, and I am always respectful to those that I live with.
