Deposit is £3,115 each. I’ve already paid the full amount upon signing the tenancy at beginning of Oct. You will be brought on as a second tenant to the agreement, all referencing / checks being managed by the leasing agent.

It’s a really spacious flat for central London, total living space of 79.2 m² / 852.5 sq ft with:

📍 Location

The flat is in a residential part of Marylebone, but still incredibly central. It’s around a 5 minute walk to Edgware Road station, <10 minutes to Marylebone station, and roughly 12 minutes to Baker Street. Marylebone High Street is around a 12-15-minute walk, with loads of cafés, restaurants, pubs, shops and gyms nearby.

I’m 28, originally from Australia and have been living in London for just over two years. I work in private equity and am in the office five days a week, so I’m usually pretty busy during the week.

I’m looking for another female professional around a similar age who is clean, considerate and easy to live with. I’m independent and definitely like having my own space, but I’d also really like to live with someone I actually get along with — have a glass of wine, cook/have dinner together occasionally or head out for a drink, while obviously still having our own lives and friends.
