Amazing double room available to rent with a view to Little Venice. Looking for someone ideally for a long term tenancy
My lovely flatmate is moving out to live with her partner and we are looking for a girl who is a working professional, clean and sociable, but respects the common space.

Room:
Double bedroom, with built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and night stand. Double glazed windows that overlook Little venice.

Flat:
We have a large living room with sofa, TV and a dining table. Bathroom shared only with 1 person, kitchen with all required amenities, washing machine, dish washer. separate cupboards and shared fridge. There is also a small terrace which you can enter either from the kitchen or living room area.

3 stations close by: Warwick avenue - 5-7 mins, Royal Oak - 5-7Mins, Paddington 10 mins walking

Bills: £1000 per month including council tax. Wifi (£20pp) and Electricity is paid monthly separately and depending on the season it varies between £50 - £100 pm.

Flatmate:
I am 30yo working professional who is into gym, travelling, doing classpass over the weekend (if you know you know), likes a good night out every now and then, going to gigs and loves a good brunch or coffee spot. I am a hybrid worker so I do 2-3 in the week from home. Looking for someone to share the space with and treat it as our home.
